AAP helps launch book campaign to fight obesity
The AAP and the Alliance for a Healthier Generation have launched a campaign to promote a healthy diet and lifestyle among children through the best-selling children's book "The Very Hungry Caterpillar," by Eric Carle. "This campaign provides a wonderful opportunity to teach children about healthy eating habits at a very young age, while fostering a love of books and language," said AAP President Dr. Marion Burton.
